We want to extend a personal invitation to you and your family to attend this year’s Senior Showcase Games and the Court of Champion Inductee’s Banquet. We experienced an amazing weekend in 2019 with the games and NBA icon Jerry West as our Guest Speaker. This year, we are including a Silent Auction to raise revenue for our College Scholarship Fund; providing financial aid to local boys and girls who desire to continue their education at the collegiate level.

The Santa Barbara Basketball Court of Champions have added a Silent Auction to the May 30-31, 2019 Weekend Festivities. Along with the High School Basketball Senior Showcase, held on Saturday, May 30, all proceeds will go towards the College Scholarship Fund. A minimum of one local boy and girl basketball player will receive a scholarship, assisting them as they continue their education at the collegiate level.
Coordinating the Silent Auction will be Barbara and Victor Bartolome. Victor, who played for the Santa Barbara Dons and the Golden State Warriors of the NBA, was inducted into the Court of Champions in 2019. His wife, Barbara, has been a fixture in the Santa Barbara community for many years, involved with charities and fundraisers. Curt Pickering, the founder of the West Coast Basketball League and the famous and successful Santa Barbara Breakers basketball team, wanted to commemorate the impact that basketball in Santa Barbara has had throughout the world.
